Service Description

[Increase Mobility & Strength and Reduce Pain] Looking for a Stronger Core? In this class, we utilize a combination of Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, and Barre Methods to practice “safeguarding” the joints by strengthening under-active muscles (glutes, quads, and abductors), and stretching over-active muscles (hamstrings, adductors, and hip flexors), while improving overall mobility of the hip joints and strengthening the intrinsic core system.
