Service Description
Our dynamic pole and dance fitness program is facilitated by the BARREBIE Dance Fitnes, where strength meets artistry. Our classes are designed for all skill levels, combining elements of dance, acrobatics, and strength training to create a unique and empowering fitness experience. Program Outline: Pole Fundamentals (Level 1) Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on building essential skills and body awareness. Students learn: - Basic pole holds and spins - Proper grip techniques and safety fundamentals - Floor work and simple transitions - Core strength and conditioning exercises Duration: 75 minutes Prerequisites: None Intermediate Pole (Level 2) Build upon your foundation with more challenging combinations and inversions: - Intermediate spins and climbs - Basic inverted moves and transitions - Strength-specific training for pole work - Flow combinations and dance elements Duration: 75 minutes Prerequisites: Mastery of Level 1 moves and instructor approval. Advanced Pole (Level 3) For experienced pole artists ready to push their boundaries: - Advanced inversions and aerial combinations - Complex transitions and flow work - Power moves and dynamic spins - Performance preparation and choreography Duration: 90 minutes Prerequisites: Mastery of Level 2 moves and instructor
