Service Description
All Levels Welcome What to bring: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, water, dress in comfortable workout clothes that you can stretch in. In this class we will work on active & passive flexibility. You will gain strength and range of motion for your: front splits, center splits, back bends, forward fold, straddle and shoulders.
