Service Description

In this Mat Pilates class, you will utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, and ankle weights during traditional Pilates exercises to increase your overall strength and stamina. You will practice dynamic movements at a slow, controlled pace and “hold” challenging positions to achieve peak muscle tone and functionality. You will also increase flexibility by not only stretching the joints, but strengthening them with low-impact resistance through the use of resistance bands and yoga blocks to increase joint range of motion.
