Cancellation Policy

Mobile Sessions are sold by ADVANCED PAY ONLY (no more or no less than a one-month booking duration), with at least one booked session per week. Any missed sessions must be made-up within one week following the original appointment date. (Please notify your Trainer if you will be out of town, so that you are scheduled accordingly.) Mobile Sessions must be cancelled/re-scheduled within 24 hours prior to the appointment start time to avoid a late cancellation/no-show fee.
