Service Description

[Increase Mobility & Strength and Reduce Pain] In this Reformer Pilates class, we practice “safeguarding” the joints by strengthening under-active muscles (glutes, quads, and abductors), and stretching over-active muscles (hamstrings, adductors, and hip flexors), while improving overall mobility of the hip joints and strengthening the intrinsic core system.
