Service Description

[Practice Balance and Stability with Overall Core Control and Activation] In this Mat Pilates class, you will develop an understanding of which muscles comprise the entire core system and spend time practicing activation of the core. CORE TRAINER uses proprioception modalities, such as pilates balls and rings to work through abdominal exercises that both challenge and strengthen the intrinsic core, which protects the spine, prevents back injury, and increases balance and stability.
