Service Description

[Build Longer, Leaner Muscles for Overall Strength and Power] Looking for Overall Strength and Tone? This class utilizes "plyometrics"- jump training and heavy resistance- stronger springs on the Pilates Reformer and "calisthenics"- body weight training on the TRX Suspension Straps to increase overall strength and power of combined muscle groups. A “pump” or “hold” is performed on the last repetition of each exercise to maximize muscle tone results by extending time spent in the concentric action. Gradual strength is built by engaging in slow, controlled movement, challenging muscles during the release or "eccentric action".
