About the event
Please wear shorts and a crop top or sports bra. You will need skin exposed to stick to the pole. (We have a private changing space available if you are coming in street clothes.) No lotion on the day of or night before please. We have mats, water and hand grip, but you are welcome to bring your own. Pictures and video recordings are welcome!
