About the event

Give Me Harmony presents our March Pole Event on Friday, March 15th at 7pm! We will be learning a simple and engaging pole routine and enjoying refreshments and conversation with friends. This is a no-judgment zone and an all-levels-friendly Pole Dance Event. 

Please wear shorts and a sports bra under your clothes or bring them to change into. We recommend long socks and knee pads to protect your feet and knees. Feel free to bring your own water, mat and pole grip if you have them, but if not these things will be provided.
