Intro to Pole

You will need to wear Shorts that you can roll up and preferably a loose t-shirt or crop top. Your side body and thighs need to have direct skin contact with the pole for optimum gripping. Also, NO LOTION OR OILS on that day or the night before. 

We are located in the Parking Lot behind the Dental Clinic on Butte House Road. If you are entering from Gray Avenue, we are on the Rear Left Side of the Healing Arts Building. You can also enter the building through the Lobby Doors on the Right of Edward Jones.
