Autumn Scuvotti is a Kinesiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and experienced CPT and group fitness instructor that specializes in corrective exercise and functional training.

This program session is all about getting in dancer shape. Autumn combines dance technique with pilates training both on the mat and the reformer to prepare and recover your body for Pole and Heels.

Friday, September 13th at 7:00pm

Natalie Cook has over 15 years of professional teaching and performing experience in both pole acrobatics and dance as well as aerial arts. 

This program session is beginner-friendly, meaning that Natalie will teach you foundational pole movements in an engaging sequence.

HEELS CHOREO

Shaun Wilson is a professional dancer, currently performing for Sac Dance Lab. He is an experienced instructor and professional dancer and choreographer. He specializes in burlesque and cabaret-style dance.

This program session is designed to teach you control and rhythm in a spicy open-floor routine that will translate into your pole practice.
